ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Successful applicant/s will be working under the accounting department, responsible for the following:
Recording data and maintaining financial databases and manual filing systems related to the following:
Liquidation of cash advances
Petty cash fund
Accounts payable (purchase orders)
Credit card transactions
Customs duties and taxes
Imported goods
Life and non-life insurance
Government remittances (SSS/PHIC/HDMF contributions and loans, BIR remittances)
Sales invoices and delivery receipts
Miscellaneous expenses
Reviewing and verifying accuracy of records and supporting documents
Preparing vouchers
Providing reports as necessary
Assisting other departments in accomplishing results as needed
Doing other general accounting tasks
Doing other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
College degree: B.S. Accountancy (preferred) or similar course
Required skills: basic accounting knowledge/skills, initiative, sense of urgency
Willing to work in San Francisco del Monte, Quezon City (near Fisher Mall)
No work experience required
At least one (1) full-time position available
