ACE Shared Services, Inc. is looking for an Accounting Assistant to complete tax documentation and assist other teams for tax related concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible in filing of Tax Return for entities under ACEN Corporation
Gathers required information from the GA Team and prepare BIR tax returns and required attachments (i.e., Alphalist, SLSP, SLS, etc.) for the following:
Withholding Tax on Compensation
Withholding Tax on Expanded
Withholding VAT
Withholding Tax - Final
Value Added Tax (VAT)
Documentary Stamp Tax
Income Tax Returns
Monitors and ensures timely submission and payment of the above-mentioned monthly, quarterly, annual tax returns including the required attachments.
Assist in the preparation of documents required by the BIR in the conduct of Tax Audits
Prepares journal entries for the tax remittances.
Assist other teams for tax related concerns.
Preparation of documents and schedules requested during Annual/Financial Audit.
Compiles the filed tax returns.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy​
With at least 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of EFPS, SAP, and P2P systems.
Can report to office at least twice a week.
