Geely Calamba operated by Alphamile Automotive Dealers, Inc. is a 1,620 sqm outlet that can accommodate six (6) cars for display and service respectively. It is located at Purok 2 Brgy Makiling Calamba, Laguna open from Monday to Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Job Description
1. Receives incoming cash/checks from customers paid personally or through bank transfer/deposit.
2. Issuance of official/provisional receipts for cash/checks received from the clients.
3. Prepare daily deposit slips for bank validation through pick-up deposit by the bank assistant.
4. Prepares daily cash tally sheet (daily collection report) for submission to the President.
5. Examines currency to detect counterfeit or damaged money.
6. Handles cash count to compare amounts with slips or cash receipts.
7. Prepares cash reconciliation at the end of the day.
8. Handles credit card transactions through hypercom machine.
9. Monthly cash invoices from parts purchases.
10. Prepares subsidiary ledger of customer's deposit on service and parts.
11. Carry out other tasks within the accounting department which may be required from time to time by the Manager and the President.
Job Qualifications
1. Graduate of BS in Accounting or equivalent.
2. With a background in accounting payables/receivables.
3. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
4. Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures.
5. Data entry skills.
