· Check vouchers prepared by disbursement officer
· Review report made by Senior Accountant & Accounting Supervisor
· Compute Store Commission & Client's Rebate
· Prepare Internal Financial Report
o Journal Entries
o Income Statement
o Balance Sheet Schedule
o Bank Reconciliation
· Prepare BIR Compliance Report
o Monthly VAT
o Quarterly ITR
o Books of Accounts
o Annual AFS
· Prepare Management's report as needed
· Draft/create policies & guideline if needed
· Assist external auditor in answering BIR Examiner on the assessment made during LOA
· Systematically safe-keep and maintain files to ensure completeness of records and provide easy access to reference.
· Train incoming accountants & store cashier
· Attending store & other accounting concerns
· Supervise Accounting staffs
· Any other tasks that may be given by immediate superior
