Job Qualifications:
BS Accountancy graduate
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Computer literate
With at least 3 years experience
Willing to work long hours
Job Description:
Recording of Salary Exempt Payroll (Confi Payroll) using T-Code F-65 every 15th and 30th of the month
Prepares and submit Monthly Dealers' Performance Report and its schedules to TMP every 10th day of the following month using DPR Interface
Reconciliation of Actual New Vehicle Inventory against SAP records every end of the month
Review and analyze General Ledger accounts in SAP and make necessary accounting entries
Assist the Accounting Head whenever she needs assistance
Assist Invoicing Clerk in preparing Vehicle Sales Invoice. Takes this job when Invoicing Clerk is on leave.
