Performs duties as petty cash custodian.
Check and validate employee's reimbursements, liquidations of cash advance, and replenishment of revolving fund.
Weekly reconciliation of advances to employees - For liquidation with Treasury Department.
Performs analysis of Advances to Employees account for financial statements preparation.
Check and summarizes Official Business meal of project engineers to be submitted to Personnel Department every payroll cut-off.
Perform liquidations of advances to suppliers (Trade & Non-Trade)
Performs duties as an office supplies custodian; maintains and monitors office supplies stock cards.
Performs different types of tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related courses
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in general accounting
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
