Main responsibilities are:
Responsible for day-to-day accounting function such as but not limited to:
· Processing of accounts payable
· Performing bank transactions to ensure daily collections are deposited
· Filing of accounting reports in an organized and timely manner
· Encode financial entries to database
Assist the Accounting Manager in monthly closing activities
Assist the Accounting team in financial due diligence
Assist in preparation of budgeting reports and forecasts revenue.
Assists in the preparation of needed financial statements for both BIR/government reporting and management reporting.
Assist in the development of maintenance of financial reporting system to ensure integrity of finances, based on comprehensive accounting procedures and controls.
Ensure compliance by the company with BIR SEC and other regulatory bodies on regulations and issuances provided.
Performs routine and varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures.
Perform other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.
