Accounting AssistantRider Levett Bucknall Philippines, Inc.

Provides assistance in handling basic assigned Accounting reports and submits it on time, such as, monthly income statements, balance sheets of the organization.
Assists in the preparation of all invoices/Statement of Accounts.
Assists the turn-over of all cash/check payments and cash/check receipts to the Accounting & Finance Officer or the Chief Operating Officer.
Prepares all employees' bi-monthly salaries and wages.
Responsible in the preparation of all employees' and organization's tax returns and payments.
Provides assistance in updating Accounts Receivable Record.
Maintains filing system as detailed in the organization's Quality Management System.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance related field with good scholastic records.e
Must have knowledge in Basic Accounting.
Knowledge in Accounts payable /receivable is an advantage.
With good analytical skills and has proven ability to work under pressure.
Ability to deal with all levels of people in the organization.
Can work with least supervision and has initiative.
Focused, hardworking, and with good working attitude.
Willing to work in Pasig City
Can start ASAP
