Accounting AssistantJP MARSEAN PAINTMASTERS INC

Major Responsibilities:
- Assists accounting manager with day to day responsibilities
- Preparing expense vouchers and reports
- Handles tracking and updates of receivable reports
- Assists in coordination and billing of receivables to corresponding clients
- Assists in computation of monthly and quarterly tax payments
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones,
processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
- Completing other ad-hoc duties and reporting needs
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field with work experience
- must have general accounting experience from previous work
- Must be willing to work in San Juan City
- Can start immediately
