Candidate must be College Graduate BSBA- Major In Accountancy
Residing within Metro Manila only
1 year working experience with Accounting Department
Knowledge in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Computer Literate
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical and clear handwritten skills.
Physically fit with 20/20 eye vision
Duties:
Maintaining Financial reports, records and general ledger accounts.
Maintain Accuracy in all aspects of records in Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
Analyze financial information to identify and report to Management for discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
Interpret and apply accounting policies and procedures, rules and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
Prepare , compile and prepare reports and summaries
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines
Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
Ensure compliance with GAAP.
Assist the Accounting Manager as needed.
Report to Management as needed
