Job Description
Processing of petty cash and check payment requests.
Record entries in the vouchers.
Updates monitoring of petty cash and checks for every transaction made;
Will be handing different business units under the mother company (Arla Jolla Holdings, Inc.)
Prepares BIR Form 2307 for every taxes withheld on every payment made to suppliers.
Prepares supporting documents and schedules for filing of taxes, as requested by the Accountant.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course
Must have knowledge with Disbursement Procedures
Very good in working with MS Excel or QuickBooks is a plus
Willing to have Saturday duties if needed
