Provides timely, accurate and efficient control of processing of bills and variance issues with supplier/clients.
Provides consistent processing of aging of accounts receivables.
Provides accurate forecasting of collections.
Secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or any relevant field
At least 1 year experience in related field but not required (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
General accounting principles and processes
Basic understanding of Billing/Collection procedure and monitoring of accounts receivables including project monitoring.
Proficient in excel including formulas, pivot tables at intermediate level.
Provides consistent processing of aging of accounts receivables.
Provides accurate forecasting of collections.
