Reconcile bar inventory.
Reconcile kitchen OS versus cashier.
Reconcile cashier's deposit.
Inventory - month end.
File completed transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
1 - 2 years experience in accounting.
