Education: Accountancy or Business Management major in Financial Management courses
Experience: At least one (1) year experience in Accounting process like Inventory Management, Cost Accounting & General Accounting.
JOB PURPOSE
To record accounting data and convert them to usable reports to determine cost, pay invoices, and obtain revenue
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
Accurately reviews paper consumption, IRIS cost, and indirect material cost for specific job prior to closing date.
Prepares complete and accurate job costing and spoilage summary.
Prepares detailed Gap Analysis per closed SO Report and submits the same to the Accounting Head.
Conducts regular physical counting and spot-checking of all inventory items, including raw materials, in-process goods, and finished goods.
Monitors the usage of gasoline (per km/L) of all company service cars and delivery vehicles.
