Position Summary:
Under the guidance of the Accounting Officer and Building Manager, Accounting Assistant performs basic accounting transactions. This includes but not limited to budgeting, reporting, and bookkeeping. He/she helps manage accounts and prepare financial records.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Financial Management or College Graduate in any related course
With experience in accounting, disbursement, billing and/or collections
With specific field in accounting and collection
Knowledgeable in ERP such as SAP, Oracle, and Netsuite and QuickBooks is an advantage
At least one (1) year of related work experience
Experience from a Real Estate Company is a plus
