Billing & Collection:
Prepares, verifies and send invoices to clients. (Fixed, Overtime, Vetting Fee).
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of billing, maintain efficient filling system for the Invoices.
Collects, verifies and process employee's overtime, tracking vacation and sick leave, and checking time sheet.
Account Receivable:
Achieved target collection of 90% and above. No more than 90 days overdue accounts (Delinquent accounts with issues are excluded). Send emails to remind clients of their outstanding payment.
Accounts Payable:
Receive vendor invoices and ensure all are recorded in the tracker for month-end monitoring. Ensure that all supporting documents are attached. Ensure that vendors submit the Invoices based on the cut-off.
Responsible to transmit Vendor Invoices to Finance once approved by PAM Sr. Finance Manager.
Validate AP Invoices if all staff listed are billed to client.
