We are looking for passionate individuals who would like to join our team. Consolidated Adhesives, Inc. is in need of:
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
Must be BS Accountancy Graduate or any business-related course
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
CPA Passer is an advantage
Must be willing to work in Las Piñas City from Monday to Saturday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Willing to visit San Juan Sales Office and manufacturing plant in Carmona, Cavite
Accounting Staff will be in charge of the following:
Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable works
Daily entry of key data of financial transactions in the database
Files and maintains accounting documents, records and reports
Provide assistance and support to accounting personnel
Maintains a neat, complete and orderly filing system.
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Willing to learn and to be trained
With a good understanding of accounting principles
Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
Has the ability to function well even under pressure
With good ethical behavior
Available to start ASAP
