-College degree in Accountancy or any equivalent course
-Must have work from home workstation
-Willing to work in Pasig City
-Working experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
To plan audits, review internal controls, conduct audit tests and prepare financial reports using the prevailing Philippine Financial Reporting Standards PFRS and International Financial Reporting Standards or the IFRS detailed more specifically as follows:
Interviewing clients to gather an understanding of the client's business processes, the controls implemented in their day-to-day operations and also verifying that these controls are being performed.
Suggesting improvements to the client's system, business processes and controls.
Confirming that the company's record of its cash balances agrees with the bank.
Checking that the company owns the fixed assets that it claims it has in its accounts e.g. buildings, machinery, computers and cars and that these are recorded at the correct value.
Ensuring that the list of company suppliers is complete.
Helping with the review of the statutory accounts.
Sending out requests to customers in order to ascertain that trade receivables exist.
Attending a stock take to observe the company's methods for recording stock and test counting a sample of the company's stock items (if applicable)
To summarize status reports and internal communications.
To document audited issues, write audit reports and follow up some of the outstanding audit issues and audit tasks.
To include an organized appraisal with financial records, control managements, practices, policies and reports.
To analyze contracts, investigate claims and validate vital financial documents and records.
To perform special jobs as may be assigned by the superior which are related to the nature of the services offered by the Firm.
