Job Responsibilities:
As Document Controller
• Review and validate purchase requisition and billing invoices to ensure completeness of supporting documents.
• Ensures complete scanned filing of Payment Voucher, Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Collection Receipt, Journal Voucher & 2307 (current and previous years)
• Scanning of all PVs and AP supporting documents to maintain soft copy of AP documents, records and reports.
• Reconcile and monitor Suppliers Statement of Account to ensure that payments are up to date and resolve discrepancies.
• Collate scanned documents and ensures its completeness (current and previous years
Other task that may be given
1. Follow-up customers with past due accounts (training)
2. Conduct Audit and Annual Stock Take for inventory count
3. Monitor inventory on a monthly basis together with Warehouse In-charge and reports to Accounting officer for proper documentation.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum educational qualification/ level: Associate degree or higher in computer Science, Business Administration or similar field
2. Minimum years of related working experience: 1-3 years accounts payable or general Accounting experience
3. Software skills: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other software that may be needed.
4. Soft skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with co-workers across department and in liaising with partners and vendors in a professional manner.
5. Any others: Ability to organize and preserve paper documents. Attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
