• Preparation of Sales Invoices or Billing Statements.
• Preparation of Official Receipt/Acknowledgement Receipt.
• Preparation of check voucher and cash vouchers and update expenses report.
• Process reimbursement form.
• Preparation of Liquidation Report for all cash advances from employees.
• Prepare Bank Deposit.
• Maintain physical records of company invoices, official receipts and supplier invoices and check voucher
• Perform inventory count.
• Reconciliation of transactions with the actual inflows and outflows of cash in bank.
• Assist in the filling of the government mandated compliance. (BIR, SEC and Business
Permits)BOOK KEEPING
• Enter financial transactions into quick books and company record.
• Recording of sales Invoices or Billing Statements in the Sales Books.
• Recording of Official Receipts/Acknowledgement Receipt in the Collections Book.
• Recording of Expenses in the Cash Disbursements Book.
• Recording of Payroll Entry in the General Journal
REPORTS
• Preparation of reports as per the request of the immediate head.
