Duties and Responsibilities
· Prepare check/cash vouchers
· Prepare billing statements or Statement of Accounts (SOA)
· Monitor and follow-up collections to customers
· Monitor Accounts Receivable aging report
· Prepare and send P.O. for local purchases
· Assist suppliers with collection
· Encode monthly cash expenses
· Process accreditation application of customers requesting credit terms
· Screen and background check customers requesting credit terms
· Filing of necessary documents & receipts
· Assist with all administrative duties

Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
