QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
Required Skills: Analytical thinking and planning skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, accuracy and attention to details, intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Excel, able to work even without need for time extensions and less supervision.
Preferably with minimum 1 year experience specialized in General Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Payroll Computation or equivalent.
Can handle multi-accounts/clients to render Accounting, Tax, Payroll and Audit services

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll - Prepares payroll register and facilitates employee payments.
Bookkeeping - Records bills, checks, and closing entries. Prepares bank reconciliation.
Statutory Filing - Prepares tax returns and government mandated reports
Petty Cash - Handles petty cash fund, petty cash issuance, petty cash audit and reporting.
Government Mandatories - Handles payments and processes reporting of SSS, PHIC & HDMF.
Alphalist & VAT Relief - Processes monthly alphalist for withholding taxes and quarterly relief for VAT.
Audit - Checks and verifies accounts, records and other Accounting related internal processes.
Collection - Follow ups collection for the company
Administrative Tasks - Filing and safekeeping of documents, assisting of messenger and attending concerns of clients.
Others - Other duties as may be assigned.
