Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Does the daily activity of Sales, Audit, Billing, Accounts Payables, RS and Inventory section in Accounting
2. Checking of Sales Audit Book (SAB)
a. Ensures accuracy of recording of transactions, accounting entries and adjustments in the sales audit book and cash receipts books.
b. Checking of shortages/overages report of FE personnel
c. Checking of Liquidation Reports of Concessionaires
d. Checking of Charge Invoice slips for billing
e. Checking of Accounts Payables/RS
f. Checking of Merchandise/Supplies Inventory reports
g. Checking of CRB sales/FASRS
3. Prepares the following reports :
a. Monthly rentals and beverages charges to tenants
b. Monitoring Inventory of beverage on a monthly basis
c. Monthly reporting of departmental sales

Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
No experience required for this role
