Provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring timely release of Cash Advances, Settlement/Liquidation, and timely payment of BILLINGs. Responsible for controlling, processing, verifying, and reconciling Billings and Settlements according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
BROAD FUNCTIONS
1. Processing of Disbursements
2. Monitoring and Maintenance of Subsidiary Ledger Accounts
3. Good Housekeeping
4. Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Accountancy, Management accounting, Accounting information system, Banking and Finance, or any related course
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 1 year of work experience in Accounts Payable (not required)
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
· Knowledge in any Accounting Software
· Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Amenable to work on-site every mondays-fridays
