The job requires someone to become a part of our Admin & Finance team, able to handle daily responsibilities involving financial and accounting operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining accurate and complete book of accounts including preparation of ledgers, journal entries, receipts as well as timely and updated bank reconciliation.
• Assisting in preparation of complete financial statements, management and budget reports, and annual audit.
• Monitoring of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Preparing of tax computations and returns
• Monitoring of monthly accruals and depreciation of fixed assets
• Ensuring the company books are in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standard
• Ensuring that all reports to concerned regulatory bodies such as the SEC/ BIR are complied with in a timely and efficient manner.
• Implementing, maintaining and improvement of internal financial controls and procedures
• Physical inventory count as needed
• Other areas including but not limited to document verification, data entry, operation, and administrative assistance
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Finance or Accounting courses graduate with 1-2 years experience preferred
Must be willing to render overtime when needed
