Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares and reconciles Collection List
Issues OR to customers
Responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable aging for certain customers.
Communicating with customers (verbally, via email, letter or fax) to reconcile customer accounts. Communications will involve requesting past due payments and clarifying charge-backs, deductions, and allowances.
Prepares Billings for Clients
Purchasing of reagents and supplies
Inventory monitoring for reagents and supplies
Performs other relevant responsibilities necessary for the business
Requirements:
Any Business course graduate
With experience in accounting
With good oral and written communication skills
Can work with minimal supervision

Willing to work in Biñan, Laguna
