Prepares Check Vouchers with complete supporting documents and correct account code for the following payables:
Suppliers' invoices
Payroll
Canteen, water, power, and telephone bills
Petty cash fund replenishment and O.B. Expenses
Others (Contractors, SSS, Pag-Ibig, Phil.Health)
MIT Payments (Brokerage, Import Processing Fee, Trucking, etc.)
Forwards check voucher to Accounting Team Leader for verification and then to the check signatories. Ensures that all Checks scheduled for release are ready and complete.
Maintains files of released Check Vouchers (UB, SBTC, AUB & Ibank).
Receives original Purchase Order from Purchasing Department for attachment to Supplier's Invoices and forwards this to Accounting Staff in charge of Accounts Payable Voucher preparation.
Prepares draft requisition, distributes and maintains records of office supplies as requested by each accounting employee on a monthly basis.
Prepares and submits Weekly Variance Report to Finance Department every Friday.
College Graduate - BSC/BSA Major in Accounting or its equivalent experience;
Preferably 2 years work experience in related field in a manufacturing firm;
Strong analytical skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Accounting and Finance Paper / Forest Products 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
