₱ 18,000.00 (monthly) Other type of contract Full Time
Ensures that payments and expenditures are monitored and processed in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner and that suppliers and vendors are paid within established timescales.
Essential tasks:
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
- Audit and process Phone bills, Services, PCFs, etc.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
