Prepares journal vouchers with the appropriate attachments and supporting documents
Monitors and facilitate monthly reconciliation of Cash Advances
Facilitates monthly reconciliation of all savings and current accounts of mother company and affliates
Handles the BIR application of the following:
Certificate of Registration
CAR application
Tax Clearance
Other Certification as required by the management
Ensures the timely and accurate recording and monitoring of payments made by customers/ clients in coordination with the treasury officer
Monitors and prepares billing statements for receivables from subsidiaries
Ensures accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual remittance reports/payments and alphalisting, in compliance with BIR requirements
Maintains order of the documents and records of the Finance and Accounting Department:
Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time and makes the necessary entries/adjustments when needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or a related field of study
1-2 years of experience working in Accounting
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Highly detail-oriented
Willing to work onsite full workweek in Mandaluyong City
