-Prepare the reconciliation of major Balance Sheet Accounts, Cash in Bank, Account Receivable, Claims Receivable, Accrued Advertising Payable (AAP), Merchandise Inventory, Account Payable for Foreign and Local Supplier, Loan Payable for Banks, Officers and Affiliates, Fixed Assets, Cash Advance, A/R-SSS, A/P-Importation Charges and Customer Deposits and other supporting schedule.
-Prepare Journal Voucher (JV) of Versatech.
-Prepare Net Profit (NPR) and submit the same on or before the 10th of every month to the Cost Accounting Department.
-Processing of ERM Debit Memo-A/P for dollar payment offsetting of Foreign Supplier's credit note.
-Filing ERM Debit Authorization Letter (DAL).
-Prepare Weekly Net Working Capital (NWC) Report.
-Processing of PA/DN (Prior Approval/Debit Note).
Skills and Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS Accountancy.
-Proficient in computer applications MS Office- Excel and Word.
-Knowledgeable in computerized accounting system.
-Highly organized and keen to details.
-Demonstrate interpersonal skills: cooperative team player, hardworking, honest and independent.
-Good awareness and communication skills.
-Can make sound judgment on limited supervision.
-Good in problem solving and commendable analytical skills.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Job Responsibilities:
-Recording of incoming and outgoing fixed assets.
-Prepare monthly income declaration.
-Prepare the reconciliation of major Balance Sheet Accounts, Cash in Bank, Account Receivable, Claims Receivable, Accrued Advertising Payable (AAP), Merchandise Inventory, Account Payable for Foreign and Local Supplier, Loan Payable for Banks, Officers and Affiliates, Fixed Assets, Cash Advance, A/R-SSS, A/P-Importation Charges and Customer Deposits and other supporting schedule.
