Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing assistance to Accounting department to ensure that all transactions are in accordance with the company’s standard procedures.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Issues Check Vouchers and Checks for Cash and urgent transaction.
Conversion of Accounts Payable files to UBP Check writer facility.
Preparation of Request for Manual Check Issuance.
Preparation of 2307.
Filing of Check Vouchers.
Other Functions to be assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 year course preferably Accounting
1-2 years experience in Accounting
With knowledge in managing company assets and documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity
Good communication and computer skills
Communicate clearly, concisely and effectively, noth orally and writing
Dedicated to work
Self-motivated and self-desciplined
Responsible in executing tasks
