Process and delivers timely all request for cash advances.
Preparation/Checking of Cash Disbursement Book and Accounts Payable Book/Vouchers
Bank Reconciliation for disbursements.
Monthly preparation of disbursement reports
Receivables
Prepares Sales Invoice/Collection Receipt
Sales Monitoring Summary
Preparation of Government Mandatories
Petty Cash Custodian
Documents Filing
Other tasks that may be required from time to time.
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course in Accounting
At least 6months experience in related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in the use of any ERP is an edge.
Knowledgeable in General Accounting, Credit and Collection, Disbursement, Invoicing and Payroll is a plus
Willing to hold office in Novaliches, Quezon City
