BAIC (Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd.) has signed an agreement in July of 2014 with Universal Motors Corporation (UMC) through its subsidiary Bayan Automotive Industries Corporation (Bayan Auto) to be the exclusive Philippine Distributor of BAIC vehicles.
