Job descriptions:
Encodes supplier invoices in the system - Bill Purchase Order
Preparation of required documents and online processing of NTC permits; Prepares/consolidates information to be reported in the monthly NTC Sales and Stock Report
Completes the set of documents (received invoices and/or Delivery receipts, signed original Purchase Order and/or approved Check Requisition Form); Check details of invoices against PO; If there are differences, return to Purchasing Dept for reconciliation/correction
Recording of transactions and preparation of worksheet to be submitted to auditors.
Manual recording of all transactions of the companies in their corresponding books of accounts
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualification:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business related course
At least 2 years related experience
Keen attention to details, organizational skills and analytical
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
