Description
This position is dedicated to handle cash monitoring and management, as well as monitoring of all bank related transactions.
1. Prepares daily bank balance and projected cash flow.
2. Monitors foreign exchange rates
3. Handles bank related transactions
4. Handles petty cash transactions.
5. Issues cash advances and monitors submission of liquidation reports.
6. Monitors collections.
7. Collates expected weekly cash inflows and outflows
8. Check if disbursements are within the budget and there is enough cash in bank.
9. Prepares summary of checks for release to suppliers.
10. Collates monthly cash inflows and outflows.
11. Secures a copy of bank statement on a monthly basis for bank recon purposes.
12. Monitors and contributes to the drawing up of budgets during the yearly budget setting process.
13. Prepares journal/adjusting entry if deemed necessary.
14. Participates in a timely filing of accounting documents.
15. Handles online banking transactions and requirements.
