Job Description
Check liquidations of back office, drivers & helpers (trip tickets)
Check & Monitor Bank Balance & Bank Transactions
Monitor Accounts Payable (Daily)
SLSP (Quarterly)
All other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Check and record all petty cash transactions
Prepares vouchers related to various expenses
Prepares weekly and monthly report used for financial statements purposes.
Prepares weekly and monthly report used for BIR Purposes
All other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
