Job Description:
-Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
-Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
-Enters data into computer systems using defined computer programs (SAP). Including other companies
-Do manual reconciliation between cashbook and SAP month-end balances.
-Check SAP postings related to remittances.
-Do manual reconciliation for business partners with open APIs and PVs in SAP
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accounting/Banking/Finance, or any Business related course.
-At least 1-year experience is required for this position
-Knowledgeable in accounting principles
-Experience in Accounts Receivables and Payable and Inventory will be an advantage.
-Chinese speaking is a plus
-Willing to work in Malate, Manila near La Salle Taft
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
