Summary of Job Description:
Ensures 100% collection of all due and outstanding accounts by all possible means.
Accurate and on-time preparation and release of SOA (Statement of Accounts) to bill a client.
Audits Disbursement Report and Delivery Receipts of Accounts Payable
Audit Inventory reports of Inventory and Logistic Coordinator and submit an audit report within 24 hours to OM/AM for acknowledgement and resolution
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
More than 2 years of work experience in handling Receivables
Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
Willing to multi-task, can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Familiar with preparation of financial statements and BIR Reports
Have no previous history of theft
Willing to work in Quezon City
