Responsibilities
Perform matching process of purchase order, received goods and supplier invoice
Investigate and resolve price or quantity differences between purchase orders and related invoices.
Review and assign general ledger and cost center accounts
Maintain favorable relationships with vendors; answer all vendor inquiries and process payments within scheduled due dates
Monitoring and scheduling of monthly payments of company's operating expenses and all applicable taxes in an on-time manner
Validates expenses for liquidation
Monitor and investigate inventory variance
POS Sales reconciliation
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in QC. Preferably near Banawe, Quezon City.
Willing to work on saturdays.
