Required Skills
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
With 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting in a BPO or Shared Services setting
Knowledge in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday
Experience using Workday ERP system is an advantage and preferred
Excellent English communication skills both verbally and in writing
Experience and past involvement in ERP implementation is a plus
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with Global contacts.
Detail-oriented and able to meet assigned deadlines
Proficient in MS Office System
Flexible and willing to work on day shift, mid shift or night shift as needed.
Good team player and experienced in remote communication (conference call)
Quick Learner and can work with minimum supervision
