Job Description
Supports the Accounting and Finance department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
Assist Finance Manager and other financial professionals with the preparation of financial documentations and reports.
Reconciles bank and book records.
Monitors balance sheet schedule of accounts.
Maintains database and ensuring that records are complete and current.
Prepares checks, deposits, budgets, and others financial reports.
Prepares and file monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns and their supporting schedules or reports.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accounting at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in all fields of financial accounting.
Knowledge about Philippine tax law, especially VAT and Corporate tax is a plus.
Strong system skills including bookkeeping software and MS Excel is a plus.
Ensure rental, utility bill for payments are paid on time.
With strong computer, communication and organizational skills to work
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with the team
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, as business needs arises
Good time management.
