Job Responsibilities:
Review and entry of Request for Check Preparation prior to entry.
Review and entry of Purchase Orders prior to entry.
Review and entry of Dealer Servicing Fee prior to entry.
Pending disbursement follows up to another department.
Review of Open Items for Payments.
All entries relating to the preparation of the internal Income Statement must be considered as month-end closing activity.
Reconciliation of correct balance of AP account/s.
Job Qualification:
Must be a graduate of Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent
Preferably with 1 year working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge in any accounting software (e.g. SAP)
Amenable to work in Pasig City
Skills:
Good attention to details
Good analytical and thinking skills
Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft office applications (preferable excel)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge in implementation of policies and procedures
