1. Responsible in preparation of checks and vouchers and Check preparation
2. File maintenance and monitoring of Vouchers, and updating Aging Accounts Payable
3. Accommodate/handles all incoming and outgoing calls
4. Handles counter receipts of vendor's billing or invoices
5. Responsible in encoding of sales and collection in Quick Books
6. Other tasks that maybe assigned.
