Job Summary
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Accounting Team. They will be exposed to different Accounting processes, including but not limited to audit, tax, and payroll. Monday to Friday, 9 AM-6 PM, WFH
Job Description
· Auditing payments and credit memos posted on the system vs logs.
· Recording output VAT of bills received.
· Preparing and uploading files for payroll adjustments.
· Weekly auditing and recording petty cash.
· Preparing monthly VAT report.
· Updating fixed asset database and monthly depreciation.
· Recording inventory count adjustments.
· Participating in department-wide/company-wide projects.
· Providing support to the rest of the Accounting Team.
Qualifications
· Graduate of any accounting related course; e.g. Accountancy, Accounting Technology, etc.
· Has good analytical and reasoning skills
· Keen to details
· Organized and timely with his/her workload
· Can work unsupervised
· Takes initiative and eager to learn
