JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Printing of vehicle invoice, delivery receipts, credit and debit memo, undertaking, gate pass, and release orders.
- Processing of bank confirmation, purchase orders, and authority to deliver (ATD).
- Checking of details in documents such as VSO and Credit Advice.
- Filling of documents for transmittal and record keeping of the same.
- Providing monthly and daily reports
- Update and monitoring of system.
- Other task assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Finance, Accountancy, Accounting Technology or any related course.
- With at least 6 months of working experience in the field, preferred but not required.
- With experience in Automotive Industry.
- Fast learner.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when working under pressure.
- Knowledgeable in accounting works and functions.
* To be deployed in our Calamba Branch.
