Responsible for full sets of accounts.
Liaising with auditors, tax & legal agents, government bodies and bankers.
To communicate with all levels of staff in ensuring good follow through on the accounting process will be critically required.
Experience in handling foreign currency documents / Experience in handling day to day finance and accounting operations.
Well verse in Philippines and International accounting standards, direct and indirect tax regulations and Company Act Control, monitor and maintain documents as per regulatory norms.
Manage and submission documentary requirement of enforcement authorities (Banks, IT, local authorities etc) / To liaise with company secretaries, auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies / authorities on internal and external audit matters, tax and other statutory compliances.
Oversee daily operation of finance department. Manage, Monitor and control the finance status closing procedure, including preparation of statutory accounts and relevant disclosure and co-ordination of overall process
Provide accurate and timely monthly/ quarterly financial management, statutory and supplementary reports on performance of the Company to the holding companies and management. Provide financial accounting advice and support to business units.
Ensure that all management and statutory reporting submission are done on a timely and accurate basis
Responsible for strategic financial planning and budgeting.
Be responsible for continuous improvement and formulation of internal control system and procedures
To prepare and report monthly financial performance of the Company To prepare and report weekly cash flow and monthly revenue forecast for the Company
To prepare and review corporate tax computation and tax planning for the Company , Value added tax,To take the lead in monthly/ periodic stock check, audit the stock check result
To recommend and monitor implementation of the key internal controls To continually identify areas of potential risks and opportunities for the Company To assist in treasury function of Company Be responsible for continuous improvement and formulation of internal control system and procedures
Job Requirement Candidate:
Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent,
Preferable with at least 6 years working experience in financial reporting and management,
Knowledgeable in Financial Statement.
Experiences in trading and manufacturing industries are advantages,
Familiar with company tax procedures and systems
Excellent due diligence experience.
Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting policy and practice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A good team player, and have strong organization and communication skills,
