Job Descriptions:
Preparing financial documents and process such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Completing purchase orders
Managing payroll
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
Assisting with budgets
Completing bank reconciliations
Create and update expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Managing company ledgers
Processing business expenses
Coordinating internal and external audits
Verifying and preparing bank deposits
Managing day-to-day transactions
Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
Completing the year-end analysis
Reporting on debtors and creditors
Handling accruals and prepayments
Managing monthly budgeting tasks
Encoding accounting entries for data processing
Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or relevant field
Knowledgeable in Accounting Terms
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and other MS Office Applications
With or without experience
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
