Job description:
Monitor accounts payables and accounts receivables
Ensure proper receipt and documentation of payments
Process weekly disbursements and reconciliation of payments
Handles submission of VAT-related reports
Handle bookkeeping
Maintain records and filing systems
Educational background:
Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably with at least one year of related work experience
High proficiency in MS Office applications
Detailed-oriented and high customer focus
Excellent communication skills
Flexible (easily adjusts to sudden changes)
