JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Assistant - Account Analyst prepares journal entries resulting from his preparation of lapsing and amortization schedules and analysis of real and nominal accounts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares the schedule of the following needed for the monthly closing of the books: (1) Amortization of payments (2) Bank reconciliation.
Analysis of real nominal accounts to aid management in decision making and also in preparation for the annual external audits.
Prepares adjusting entries resulting from the above analysis.
Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Preferably Accountancy or Finance Related Course Graduate
Can be fresh graduate, preferably with prior work experience
With experience in Bank recon & Lapsing
