PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Treasury
Prepares Cash forecast and submits the same to the Accounting Manager as per defined schedule
Coordinates with Global Treasury on all cash transaction activities
Checks, verifies and reconciles bank deposits and bank payments.
Ensures timely, accurate recording and settlement / reconciliation of inter-company transactions.
Reconciles General Ledger accounts & prepares monthly journal entries as required
Computes taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Maintains and manages all financial records, registers, logs and spreadsheets.
Assists with year-end audits, monthly reconciliations and month end closing activities
Reviews and processes expense claim payment to employees.
Performs other job related activities as required.
